Data Collected
SocialSceneHub Studio does not collect analytics or telemetry. Creating an account for social features (friends, chat rooms, direct messages) requires an email address for verification. Your streaming keys and server credentials are stored only in local application settings on your device.
Streaming Destinations
When you start a stream, your video and audio are sent directly to the destination you configure (Twitch, YouTube, a custom RTMP server, or your own SRT/WHIP endpoint). Soulvex Labs does not receive, store, or relay your stream content.
Social Features
Friend requests, chat room messages, and direct messages are relayed through the SocialSceneHub directory server to connect you with other users. Chat and DM content is used only to deliver messages between participants and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Local Storage
Scene layouts, source configurations, hotkeys, and app preferences are stored locally in your operating system's application data folder. This data is not transmitted anywhere unless you use the export/import setup feature to share it yourself.
Removing Your Data
You can delete your account and associated social data from the in-app Account Settings panel. Uninstalling the application removes all local settings and cached data from your device.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the application's functionality changes. The current version will always be available on the app's download page.
